Golf Channel’s “Morning Drive” did a nine-minute feature on the progress of Gil Hanse’s Black course at Streamsong Resort in Streamsong, Florida last week:

The Black course will be the third 18-hole course at Streamsong, which burst on to the national/international golf scene in 2012 with the Red and Blue courses designed by Coore/Crenshaw and Toak Doak, respectively.

Gil Hanse is one of the hottest designers in the world of golf course architecture these days, and is sure to become a household name come 2016 with the return of golf to the Olympics (he and his team designed The Olympic Course in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil).

Streamsong has been the hottest new golf resort in the country over the past few years, and that fire will only continue to burn with the excitement surrounding the Black course’s opening to the public in September, 2017.
